At Valley Mills Vineyards, we make fine wines from 100% Texas-grown grapes. A great love for viticulture underlies all that we do, and we are meticulous in caring for the multiple vineyards we farm.
With fantastic support from our Wine Club members, our production has multiplied many times since our start in 2006. You can visit us every day from 12-6 PM at our Estate Winery in Valley Mills, TX.

Our Red Wine
Program
Includes Tempranillo, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Cabernet Sauvignon. We use only the highest quality grapes for our wine production, sourced locally in McLennan and Bosque Counties, and in the Texas High Plains.
Our red wines are aged for 12-24 months in French and American oak barrels.
Our White Wine
Program
Includes Albarino, Vermentino, and Muscat Canelli, grown in Texas and vinted with a focus on aromatic intensity and a balanced palate.
Our white wines are generally fermented & aged in stainless steel and released within 6-12 months of harvest.
